Tiny Tigers:

Our Tiny Tigers Program is designed and tailored to the skill level of children ages 3-5. Evolve Martial Arts teaches self-control, respect and leadership through the art of Taekwondo. They learn the foundations of kicking and punching that Taekwondo is known and characterized as. These fundamental skills help increase your child’s coordination, flexibility, as well as self awareness. It continuously helps your child grow as an individual by challenging them mentally and physically while having fun.

Traditional:

Our traditional program consists of building children and adult’s foundation of Taekwondo to later help them in sparring. The fundamental techniques generally includes; kicking, blocking, punching, and striking. Taekwondo is translated as the art of kicking and punching broken down, Taek= kick, won= punch, do= the way/the art. The traditional program is structured to teach our students courtesy, leadership, focus and increase self confidence through mental and physical discipline.

Sparring:

Sparring is the sport side of Teakwondo. There are two types of sparring, one is called Kyorugi by the World Federation of Teakwondo (WTF) and Matsogi by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). WTF sparring is recognized as an Olympic sport and is more popular of the two. Evolve Martial Arts focuses on the WTF Olympic style sparring which is characterized as a full contact sport that is executed with kicking techniques.
